We have more than 10 years of experience in the motorhome rental industry. Nevertheless, we are constantly working on new innovations to continuously optimize both operation and rental. These include: API connections (e.g. CamperDays , check24 , and many more), automatic gap-filling functions, AI-powered tools, app integrations.
Our goal is to always stay at the cutting edge of technology and offer our customers the best possible service.

What is the pricing structure?

We don’t offer fixed prices, as every business has different requirements. Contact us for a customized quote tailored to your specific needs. We’ll consider factors such as the size of your fleet, the number of locations, and the features you require.

How does your software contribute to environmental protection and sustainability?

We exclusively use servers from our provider Hetzner, which operates with electricity from renewable sources (more information on this topic).
Our software also reduces paper consumption through digital processes.
Through these measures, we help you make your rental business more environmentally friendly.

Can I customize the design of the online booking portal to match my corporate design?

Absolutely! The online portal is highly customizable. You can adapt colors, fonts, and layouts to your corporate design using CSS variables and custom CSS. We’re happy to assist you with this if needed.

Can I test the software suite before I buy it?

How long does it take to implement the software?

Implementation time varies depending on the size of your business and the desired customizations. It typically takes between one and four weeks to get everything up and running, but it can be faster.

Do you offer training for my employees?

Absolutely! We offer comprehensive training for your team. We ensure that you and your employees can make the most of the software.

How often are updates available and are they included in the price?

We regularly release updates to improve the software and add new features. These updates are included in your subscription and are automatically installed at no additional cost.

How secure is my data in your software?

Data security is our priority. We store all data on secure servers in Germany. Regular backups and database redundancy are, of course, part of our security concept. The servers are monitored 24/7.

Can I integrate the software suite with my existing accounting system?

We offer a DATEV export for transferring your bookings. Other systems can also be integrated to meet your specific needs; please contact us.

How does support work?

Our support team is available via email and phone. We offer support on weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Can the software manage multiple locations?

Yes, our software is designed for multi-site management. You can easily manage different branches, transfer vehicles between locations, and generate site-specific reports.

Is there a mobile app for vehicle handover and return?

Yes, we offer a dedicated mobile app for handovers and returns. It works on tablets and smartphones and allows your employees to perform all necessary processes directly at the vehicle.
